Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know. 

  • You have up to 30 days after purchase to return. Kuicksy will provide you with return label and after we will get back item in our warehouse we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.
  • Items cannot be returned without Return Approval(RA).
  • All items must be sent back completely with their original packaging in the condition they were received.
  • Once RMA allocate to you, you need to pack the item in its original packaging or the same way you received the item. If the box is found to be damaged of marked in any way, 30% restocking fee shall be applied.
  • Ensure that the return package clearly mention/written the RMA number if not it will be discarded or not accepted.
  • Moreover, your complete details i.e., Address; order no is also mention/written outside the box otherwise it will be discarded as well.
  • After we receive incorrect/faulty package from you. Kuicksy reserves all rights to check the product. If we find any issue, we will send the replacement within 10 working days approx.
  • It must be kept under consideration that any differences or inconsistencies concerning your PO and the received goods, in any case, should be notified within 2 days after the items have been received.
  • This is to acknowledge our customers if Kuicksy sends you any irrelevant, wrong order/item return shipping cost will be bear by Kuicksy.
  • Assessment of the returned items may take 5 – 8 business days. It would be ideal if you permit 3-5 business days to receive refund.

Can I get a refund on a different credit card than the one used for the transaction?

No, we can only refund the amount in the same credit card used for the transaction.

  • Tracking Orders

After placing an order, you will get an e-mail with the tracking number.

Checking Your Order Status: 

After, your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number in an email. If you’ve not receive your shipment in 3-4 business days or if the link provided is not working. Please contact with us.

Can I track my order online?

You can obtain the status of your current orders on the “Order History” under “My Account” page.

If you find a tracking number then you know your order has shipped and you can use this number to lookup tracking information on the “Track Your Order” web page.

  • Cancellation Policy

All online orders can only be canceled via cancel request within 30 minute of checkout.

How to Cancel your online order:

Select your “Order History” under My Account.

  • Once you locate your order, click View Details to the right of the page
  • If “Cancel This Order” appears at the top of the page, select the option and you can cancel the order.
  • You’ll receive an email verifying your cancellation.

How to Cancel an item(s) in your order, but not the whole order:

  • Select your “Order History” under My Account. You’ll be asked to sign in
  • Once you locate your order, click View Details to the right of the page
  • If “Cancel This Item” in line with an item, select the option and you can remove item from your order.
  • The final debit of your order will update based on the items actually shipped.
